GLP-1 Receptor Peptides

This category groups synthetic peptides characterized by activity at the GLP-1 receptor, alone or alongside the GIP and glucagon receptors. All three are acylated analogues built on a modified GLP-1 or GIP backbone with a fatty-diacid side chain attached through a linker, a design that changes how the molecule associates with albumin in vitro.

Retatrutide is a 39-residue triple-receptor agonist (GLP-1R, GIPR, GCGR). Tirzepatide is a 39-residue dual GIPR/GLP-1R agonist. Semaglutide is a 31-residue GLP-1R agonist carrying an Aib substitution at position 8 and a C18 diacid. Each compound is supplied as a lyophilized solid in sealed vials and is independently tested for purity by HPLC and identity by mass spectrometry, with certificates published on the product page as testing is completed.

The receptor-level differences between the three are covered in our comparison article; each product page carries its own specifications, FAQ and reference links. For Research Use Only.
