Yes. Our products are legal to purchase in the United States for research use only . It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations governing research chemicals in their jurisdiction.
We sell exclusively to qualified researchers, laboratories, and academic or research institutions . All buyers must be 21 years of age or older. Orders intended for personal, recreational, or human-consumption purposes will not be fulfilled.
Orders placed before 3 PM ET on a shipping day are dispatched the same day from the USA. Delivery is two business days at most: UPS 2nd Day Air arrives within two business days, and UPS Overnight arrives the next business day. Nothing ships on Sundays.
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor delivery in real time. You can also check status via the Track Order page using your order details.
No. We ship within the United States only, and we do not ship to any international destination.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, cryptocurrency and direct bank ACH transfer. We do not accept PayPal or Zelle. All transactions are processed through encrypted gateways.
Compounds are supplied as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed glass vials. Lyophilized material is stable at ambient temperature for the duration of transit, so no cold chain, insulated packaging or ice packs are needed. Once received, store unopened vials cool, dry and away from direct light — refer to each product page for specific storage guidance.
