If something isn’t right with your order, you have 60 days to reach out. All compounds are sold strictly for research use only.

Our 60-Day Return Window

We stand behind every order. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase — whether the product is defective or not — you may request a return within 60 days of delivery by contacting us at support@heezresearch.com .

Just reach out with your order details and our support team will work with you to make it right. Approved resolutions may include a replacement or a refund, issued at HEEZ Research’s discretion based on the circumstances of your order.

Return Details

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, let us know as soon as possible at support@heezresearch.com . Please include a detailed description and clear photos of the issue so our team can review your case and resolve it with a replacement or refund.

How Returns Work

To keep the process simple:

Contact us within 60 days of delivery with your order number.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions.
Ship the item back by mail. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 7 days .

Returned products must be in new condition to be eligible. All returns must be authorized in advance — please wait for authorization before shipping any item back, so your return is tracked and handled correctly. Whether a refund or replacement is issued is determined by HEEZ Research at our sole discretion. Exchanges are not offered.

After 60 Days

Because all compounds are sold strictly for research use only and are highly sensitive in nature, all sales are considered final after the 60-day window has passed. We’re always happy to help with any questions before then — the earlier you reach out, the faster we can sort things out.
